Ashadeep, a unit of Patna Jesuit Society which trains the youth for employability has 179 (101 boys and 78 girls) in the current batch. Over the last 7 years, Ashadeep has trained over 3000 youth and 85% of them are placed in different jobs and earning. Of late the institute has expanded the domains of training too.
Ashadeep is also planning to expand its reach through a few more unit centres, to empower the rural, unorganized, poor and marginalized youth to build their lives, so that being empowered they may commit themselves to build up a society of love, equality, justice and human dignity.
